A team safely reached a large dock section on Friday that was beached in Olympic Park on the Washington Coast after first being encountered by a Quinault Indian Nation fisherman more than a week ago. A beacon was attached and samples taken to assess any threat from invasive species. A news release regarding the team’s findings and a link to pictures is located here.
