U.S. v. Washington, Phase II (Culvert Case) Seminar:
This seminar is intended to bring tribal leadership, policy, legal, and technical staff together for a day of learning and discussion on the history of U.S. v. Washington Phase II, including the test case commonly known as the “Culvert Case,” the strategy and purpose behind the case, and to re-engage tribes in discussion about future protections of treaty reserved fishing rights and how we can continue working together to protect and ensure these rights.
